Depending on how you use ShopKhojo, we may process account and seller details such as name, shop name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, address, State, District, locality and PIN code; listing information and uploaded images; enquiries/complaints; security and login records; and technical information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service.

2. Purpose of processing

Information may be used to create and manage accounts, publish shop/product listings, enable discovery and contact, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests and improve platform functionality.

3. Notice, consent and lawful processing

Where consent is required, ShopKhojo should provide a clear notice describing the personal data and specified purpose and obtain valid consent before processing. Consent should be capable of withdrawal as required by applicable law. Processing may also occur where another lawful basis or permitted legitimate use under applicable Indian law applies.

4. Sharing

Seller information intentionally published in listings may be visible to users. ShopKhojo does not claim to sell personal data.
