Prohibited Items Policy

Listings must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulatory restrictions. The following categories are prohibited where their sale, advertisement, possession or distribution is unlawful or requires authorisation the seller does not possess.

• Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, pirated or infringing goods.
• Prohibited weapons, explosives, ammunition or other regulated dangerous items offered unlawfully.
• Narcotic, psychotropic, controlled or unlawful drugs and substances.
• Obscene, sexually exploitative, child sexual abuse or otherwise unlawful content/material.
• Unsafe, recalled, adulterated, misbranded or prohibited food, medicine, cosmetic or consumer products.
• Protected wildlife, ivory, endangered species products or other environmental contraband.
• Forged government documents, credentials, financial instruments or items facilitating impersonation/fraud.
• Any goods/services prohibited by court order, regulator direction or applicable central/state law.

Restricted categories may require licences, age checks, statutory declarations or other compliance controls. ShopKhojo may reject or remove a listing where legality or required authorisation cannot reasonably be established.
